I’ve signed up for a wholesale account but can’t see any prices — what should I do?
Wholesale pricing and ordering become available once your account is approved by a Trade Account Representative. We aim to process applications within one working day and will contact you using the phone number you provided.
A product I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
High demand can cause some items to sell out. Your Account Manager can provide estimated restock dates, or you can sign up for stock notifications to be alerted when an item is available again.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept many payment methods at checkout, including:
- Debit & Credit Cards
- American Express (AMEX)
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
How long does delivery take?
Delivery costs depend greatly on where the order is to be shipped. Please see the Working with Rinkit page for more details on delivery costs.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number from our courier. You can also contact your Account Manager for tracking information.
